Florence's son, Victor was my great grandfather. The Rayoums have been really hard to get information on. I've only been able to get as far as Florence and her husband Paul and even that information has been very slight. Have you ran across any information (either documented or oral tradiion, word of mouth, etc) that says that one of the Rayoum's was an American Indian of the Kaskaskia tribe? Just curious...
