I do not know of any hospital on Kingshighway in my memory that burned down. I can think of two hospitals on N .Kingshighway that have closed since the birth date you mention. There was DePaul Hospital in probably the 2300 to 2800 block of N. Kingshighway. That structure is now a nursing home or retirement place. DePaul Hospital is now in Bridgeton. The other since closed hospital was Faith Hospital. However, it's now situated on Olive Street Road and called Barnes -West. There are, of course, many hospitals farther south on Kingshighway near Forest Park in the Barnes-Jewish cluster, but I never heard of any of them having a serious fire.
