New Picker's Cemetery opened in 1862. Another cemetery Holy Ghost was commonly known as "Pickers" was open then but has closed and many of the burials were moved to the "New Pickers". I also looked at a CD i have from the St. Louis Genealogical Society for The St. Louis Death Registry 1850 - 1908. I don't find a Sophia Reimers there either. The records at Pickers/Gatewood are questionable at best. We have found many burial in the old section that are not listed in the cemetery records..
