My William Sullivan's bio says that his father died in Louisville KY, but I believe that the family lived in St. Louis. I do not know what his father's name is, but his mother's name was Mary. Have you looked online at the Secretary of State/ARchives? type "St Louis Probate" in Google for easy access.
