How would I go about getting the adoption paper work? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am not sure what her birth name was or if the adoption took place in MO or IL. As far as religion...I am not sure....I suspect not catholic but I know my grandmother's adopted mother was a christian scientist. Not sure where to begin that.
