E. Ryan is the Minister at M.P. Church in East St. Louis. He married my great grandparents (Charles H. Rose and Frieda Lutthans). Can anyone tell me about Thos. E. Ryan, the Minister or the M.P. Church in East St. Louis? Charles H. Rose and Frieda Lutthans both list their residence as St. Louis at the time they were married.
