I have the "Certified Copy of Birth Record" and the "Standard Certificate of Live Birth." There is a Doctor's name on these and the signature of the Health Commissioner. The mother of the child is 40 and the father is 50. I know they did not have the baby, and of course I am unable to find any adoption information.
