Hello Listers, I have found a Carl WEBER in the Missouri Soldier Database in the Civil War. In the 1860 census he lived in Washington, MO. Can he be enlisted at St.Louis rather Washington, on October 24, 1861? Or the wrong Carl? Thank you, Alan Rossing, Monterey, CA
