If you are requesting a look up in the city directories and a marriage look up, do them on separate emails. http://www.slpl.lib.mo.us/libsrc/geneinfo.htm St. Louis County Library has index to some naturalization papers: http://www.slcl.org/slcl/sc/nat/nat-project.htm If the family is Catholic, the St. Louis church records are on microfilm at the County library as well as through the Mormon church. You would have to know what parish his wife was in. You might want to check the city directories for her maiden name also.
