Up here in Michigan our illustrious legislature voted to increase vital records fees from $15.00 to $26.00 and our State Archives initiated a series of fees for what used to be a free service to have just a look up. Missouri is so user friendly for genealogists. Makes me proud to have been born in Missouri. Georgia
