    2. I found the wife name on the civil war pension card of my Great great grandfather. I sent away to NARA for the records but have not received them yet. Have you tried Tom Pierson at the St. Louis Public Library-Main City Branch? He is a scholar on the Civil War and where records may be found. Also have you tried the MO State Archives OldeNTQer

    3. Original pension records are ONLY availble at NARA from the Archives in Washington, DC.
