Shelley I'm sending your message to St. Louis. The only Missouri William Behrend & family shows up in St. Louis, married 25 yr old, in 1910 & family man in 1920. Wife Sarah?, daughter Altah, son Thos. Richard. In 1930 William is seen in Los Angeles. Daughter, Altah, is still in the home. There is a 15 yr old Thomas in LA too living with a different family headed by a woman named Irene Ottstad?. He is shown as a son, but that is not accurate because she is 29 and he is 18. Her sons are 8 and 2. I am relatively certain this is the same family.
