I don't know if they have anything current or not, but you might as well check. I found the phone number on one of the genealogy websites for St. Louis or St. Louis Metro. It was really inexpensive and I rec'd it within the week. If you are interested, follow the link for 1944 obits and contact there to find out if you can get the one you want.

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/WMB.2ACE/4570.2 Message Board Post: I just noticed that William's middle name is Thomas. Maybe named after Thomas Walsh? What Walshes did you find Bridget buried near? If there is a Thomas who could have been her father, try getting his obit from the library. You need the date of death or burial if you cannot find him on their index. I looked at the online index to St. Louis deaths and there wasn't a Bridget Schilling listed-possibly she died in Illinois but buried in St. Louis? Or her name was mistranscribed for the index. Maybe the church in Illinois would have a death register with parents' names for Bridget? Georgia

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/WMB.2ACE/4195.1.1 Message Board Post: Hello Martin Thanks for contacting me again. You had sent me an email message back in December with two files attached, but for some reason I could not open them. I went back to the email and now I can open them but, I can not find a connection in the file that lists Bernhards children. I was able to open the letter you sent me, but I have not been able to translate it yet. From the letter I know there is a connection though because of the names listed. Do you use a translation program? I have never communicated with someone in another Language, and the Translation I get from the program that I use, sometimes makes it difficult to understand. So I appologize. Tammy
