It was .com last week, but that doesn't make sense for a religious organization, so perhaps that is part of the problem. Anyway, it's worth checking back periodically. It certainly helped me tear down a big wall in my research. Kate

I'm sorry I don't know the year. He married Evoline Byington according to one researcher, however the census in NY in 1930 by his son Wilhelm says his father was German and his mother Irish. His date of birth is about 1874, if anyone can give me a direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am thinking that the Mary Wynn dated 1888 is her mother as I went to the Catholic cemetary site because my great grandmother was taken to a Catholic orphanage, and found only one Wynn listed buried during that time in the Catholic Cemetaries. That is the name that came up and the same date you have. Also the same name as my great grandmother Mary Elizabeth Wynn.. I will have to research that name and find out if she had any children. It shows that she was age 42 at the time of death in 1888 do you have an age on this death index? I found a Mary Ann Wynn on the 1880 Census but she would have been 40 in 1888 who at that time was living with a husband and children. I don't see a husband listed at a right time in the St. Louis Death Index so maybe she was not with a husband at that time and raising her daughter and other kids alone.
