    2. One must always remember that most ancestors may not have the earthly goods of sufficient amount to have a probate estate. Better put, I should say that not all who die have wills or probate estates. I would think that the Missouri archive records would be equal to LDS, but who knows until tried. LOUIS The brutal killing of a 9-year-old St. Louis girl reported by city newspapers last Friday once again involved a former local person, Walter Coxey, father of Shirley Jean, formerly lived in Bismarck and attended the Flat River Junior College in 1923. Mr. and Mrs. Coxey, who operated a rooming house at 3817 Washington Blvd., reported her missing that night after the father accompanied her part way home. The body was found the next morning in an alley, beaten badly around the head and face. The girl had been criminally attacked. My grandmother was Cenzie (Crescentia) Grimm, born in Bavaria 10 July 1873. Her parents were Franz Grimm and Magdelina Schober. She had a brother, Louis Grimm, born 06 Oct 1875 in Bavaria. They and a sister, Lena, came to St Louis, MO about 1890. I have not been able to find the family in Germany although I have many indications that they came from Deggendorf, Bavaria.
