    3. Wanda, I'm curious ... what did Orville Watts do for Flat River/Park Hills to have a street named after him? I'm not doubting what you were told, but I just thought it made sense that it would have been the former Mayor of Flat River that the street was named after. I seem to recall that there was a Watts guy who was Sheriff at one time. Could that have been Orville? There's a gentleman by the name of Michael Miller who has done a lot of research on the Watts line too.
