    3. LEAD BELT NEWS, Flat River, St. Francois County, Missouri, Friday, December 30, 1932 W. P. HOWELL W. P. Howell, who was born and reared in Fredericktown, Mo., passed away suddenly at his home in St. Louis, Saturday afternoon, December 24, 1932. He had been in ill health the past two years, but seemed no worse than usual until Saturday. Funeral services and interment took place in St. Louis Monday. In 1905 the deceased was married to Florence Cornell, who with their four children, survive: J. C., and Dr. Roy Howell of St. Louis; Mrs. Roy Pickett and Mrs. Loretta Pashaday of West Frankfort, Ill.; also six brothers and sisters: Mrs. A. M. Woodmansee of Fredericktown; Mrs. Sam McDowell and E. A. Howell of Elvins; G. D. Howell of Alton, Ill., D. A. Howell of Ste. Genevieve county; besides many other relatives and friends. Mr. Howell had been in the employ of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company in the railroad shops in St. Louis for fifteen years, but had been unable to be at his place of employment during the past two years. The News offers sympathy.
