LEAD BELT NEWS, Flat River, St. Francois County, Missouri, Friday, June 9, 1933 JOHN R. DANIELS John R. Daniels of St. Louis, died Sunday, June 4th, at the Veterans' Hospital at Excelsior Springs, Mo., at the age of 51 years. Caldwell Bros. were called to take charge of the body and after preparation for burial, they removed it to the home of his wife's parents at Wortham. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the Free Will Baptist Church at Wortham, conducted by Rev. Chas. Miller of St. Louis. Interment was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Cantwell. Mr. Daniels was a World War veteran and a former resident of Iron Mountain, Mo. he is survived by his widow and two children, who reside in St. Louis.
