    3. FARMINGTON TIMES, Farmington, St. Francois County, Missouri, Friday, January 21, 1916 LITTLE CHILD DIES Frances Hoblitzelle Parsons, 5 years old, the only child of the late Roscoe R. S. Parsons, who was a wealthy resident of Bonne Terre, Mo., died of pneumonia Monday night at the home of her mother, 5117 Westminster place, St. Louis. The child had been ill three days. The father died in California last August. At the time of his death he was general manager of the St. Joseph Lead Company in Bonne Terre. His widow removed to St. Louis last November.
