LEAD BELT NEWS, Flat River, St. Francois County, Missouri, Friday, January 20, 1939 W. A. DUNCAN Walden A. Duncan, eleven year old son of Harrison and Louella Pitchford Duncan of Farmington Route One, died Friday, January 13, 1939, at Bonne Terre Hospital following an operation for appendicitis. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Free Will Baptist Church at Mine La Motte, conducted by Rev. Hand of Fredericktown. Burial was in the Mine La Motte Cemetery. Neidert Service. Mr. and Mrs. Duncan have seven other children.
