    3. BONNE TERRE REGISTER, Bonne Terre, Misosuri, Fri., Nov. 17, 1916. WOMAN COMMITS SUICIDE. A strange case of suicide is reported from Gofftown Thursday of last week. The suicide was Mrs. Lydia Hall, wife of Charles Hall. Mr. Hall is employed by the Federal Lead Co., he left his home in the morning at 7 o'clock and returned at 4 in the afternoon when he found his wife sitting on the floor with her head resting on a chair, but she was dead - having shot herself in the right temple with a pistol. Coroner English was notified and held an inqueset Thursday evening. Mrs. Hall had been in poor health for a long while and this is supposed to have been the cause of the rash act. The remains were shipped to St. Louis for burial.
