FARMINGTON TIMES, Farmington, St. Francois County, Missouri, Thursday, November 7, 1912 WASHINGTON COUNTY BOY KILLED IN CHILI The remains of Arthur Humphrey were received at Irondale last Thursday. He was killed in Rancaqua, Chili, by falling in an ore bin and being crushed by a falling rock. He was employed by the Federal Lead Company as shift foreman. He was a son of P. D. Humphrey and was thirty years of age, and was employed during early life in the mines of St. Francois county. His body was over two months in transportation from Chili. He was buried by the Irondale I.O.O.F. Lodge. He leaves a wife and baby.
