BISMARCK — Kathy Ann Puckett of Bismarck passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2008, at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, at the age of 50 years. She was born on January 29, 1958, in Farmington, the daughter of the late Marion and Grace (Packer) Horn. Mrs. Puckett was a member of the Farmington Christian Church Disciples of Christ. She is survived by her husband, Steven Puckett, two daughters, Brandie Bahner (Mark) of Belton, MO, and Arnie Moore of Bismarck, three grandchildren, Austin, Alyssa and Liam, two sisters, Judy Hammers of Leadwood and Mary Martin of Wichita, KS, and two brothers, Randy Horn of Farmington and Dale Horn of Bismarck. Many relatives, neighbors and friends also survive. The family will receive friends at Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2008. Visitation will resume at 7 a.m. on Tuesday with a funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
