LEAD BELT NEWS, Flat River, St. Francois County, Missouri, Thursday, March 6, 1980 FRANCIS MARION WOMACK Francis Marion Womack of Desloge passed away February 27, 1980 at Mineral Area Osteopathic Hospital at the age of 96. He was born January 1, 1884 to the late William and Odelia (Lalumondier) Womack in Ste. Genevieve County. He was married to Rose Elizabeth (Smith) Womack who preceded him in death. He is survived by four daughters: Rosetta (Mrs. Charles) Warren, Annapolis, Mo.; Leona (Mrs. Bernell) Henderson, Desloge; Irene (Mrs. Clifford) Schrader, N. Little Rock, Ark.; Mayme (Mrs. Frank) Lindsey, N. Little Rock, Ark. Two sons: Odis Womack, Los Angeles, Calif. and Francis Womack Jr., Desloge. Also surviving are one sister, Lottie (Mrs. C. Z.) Boyer of Desloge; twenty-two grandchildren; fifty-five great-grandchildren and fifteen great-great-grandchildren. One daughter and six sisters preceded him in death. Services were Saturday, March 1 at C. J. [sic] Boyer Chapel in Desloge at 2 p.m. with Rev. Edwin Hunter officiating. Interment was in Parkview Cemetery under the direction of C.Z. Boyer Funeral Home of Desloge.
