FARMINGTON TIMES, Farmington, St. Francois County, Missouri, Friday, January 15, 1909 READJUDICATED SANE Mr. G. Walter Parker of Bismarck, this county, formerly of Detroit, Mich., was readjudicated sane and capable of managing his own business affairs by the Probate Court last Tuesday. It will be remembered that some time last July Mr. Parker "took a train" out of St. Louis by proceeding in the Wild West style to "shoot up" the Pullman. He was arrested, but on close examination the Illinois authorities soon discovered that he was beside himself, and consented to allow him to be brought to Farmington, where on the 8th of last August he was adjudged non compos mentis, and his son, G. W. Parker, was appointed guardian of his person and curator of his estate. Mr. Parker, Sr., was sent to State Hospital No. 4, but about the 8th of October was discharged by the Hospital authorities. G. W. Parker made his final settlement as curator in the Probate Court this week, and surrendered to his father all property heretofore held by him as curator.
