Don L. Rowe Jul 12, 2009 - Daily Journal PARK HILLS — Don L. Rowe, 74, of Park Hills passed away July 10, 2009 at Barnes Jewish Hosptial in St. Louis. He was born August 10, 1935 at Flat River, Mo. He was a member of The Miracle Center of Bonne Terre, Chapter 27 Boiler Makers in St. Louis. He will be remembered best as a good husband, father, grandfather and nephews. Most people know him as an avid competitor and tri-athelete who practiced the discipline of spiritual health as a way of life. He fought a good fight and was a winner in his families eyes - He was just a heck of a guy. Preceded in death by Parents, Leo Murdick and Abbie Madaline (Pratte) Rowe; One Brother, Jack Rowe. Survived by Wife, Helen M. (Bilyew) Rowe of Park Hills; Children, Larry L. Rowe of Troy, IL, Mael Neal of Memphis, Dona Record of Phoenix, Mark Rowe of Troy, IL; 16 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Leanna Kay of Boston. Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, July 17, 2009 at St. Joe Park Pimm Day Use Area - Shelter 2. A memorial bike ride will immediately follow.
