There was a large house they turned into Condo's. Sugar Maples I think the name was.  It was smack dab in the middle of Highley Heights. Beverly Thrift is the best means of thriving. ~ Charles J. Hare   I'm trying to pinpoint the location of the old Orten/Orton school.  My gg grandfather, Nesbit Orten, donated the land for the school.  I've read it was near Highley Heights.  I've also read Highley Heights was close to the intersection of Hwy 67 and Highway 8.  Can anyone who lives in the area tell me what is located there now? Thanks also to the person who submitted the Midwest Gazette address.  There are several places listed I now have an idea of where they are.
