Does anyone else have trouble saving the documents on ancestry.com to their hard drive? I click on SAVE and choose "save this image to my harddrive or removable disc" and the box comes up for me to save the image to my documents. I type the file name and click ok. Everything seems to be fine. But when I go to my documents to make sure its there -- it's not. What am I doing wrong?
