I do not have any interest in the original posting or any of the subsequent response but in my opinion enough is enough. Let this one drop please. Thank you. In my opinion, the original poster was remiss for including all the personal e-mail addresses in the posting. You can go on the net and find numerous places where they advise a person not to do it because giving out that information can lead to scam or spam brought to the person without their consent. I believe Mary Ann was correct in her assessment and for some unknown reason that stirred things up a bit. I think Ms. Warner would appreciate it if people who belong to the list stick to genealogy and not personal discussions. It appears that the original posting had merit but was lacking in e-mail courtesy. It should have stopped there. Ms. Bishop's, Ms. Carver's, and Ms. Warner's responses were very appropriate to the subject. After those response, people seemed to be inserting in their private comments and opinions and in my opinion this board is not meant to replace Facebook, Twitter, MySpace or whatever else exists for people to chat with each other. Seems like every once in awhile, list subscribers forget what this list is about. I hope ya'll delete this after you read it. It is just taking up Rootsweb space like some of the other non-genealogical comment I have read below. By the way, I cleaned up the e-mails that were sent to save space and make it more logical. It took me at least 15 minutes. Now I can waste my time doing that because I can but it is silly to do that and also continue comments on the original subject. N. He lived life to the fullest. The Memorial Service will be on June 25, 2010, at Arlington Mortuary at 10:00 am. If you have already been notified of his passing I apologize.
