William Jackson - was my 4th gr. grandfather b: ?1800-1810? Tennessee or Kentucky m: Rhoda Doggett circa 1828.  He was Rhoda's second husband.  d:  sometime after 1837. RHODA DOGGETT* was my 4th great grandmother b: 1797 in Tennessee & was the daughter of George Doggett. m:  #1) Jesse Doggett (her cousin) Jesse died Oct. 1824 in St. Ferdinand Township, St. Louis, Mo.  Jesse & Rhoda had one son:  George Doggett - born in 1817 in Tennessee & came to Missouri with his parents in 1818.    #2) William Jackson  Rhoda & William were the parents of five children:    Mary - b: 1829 St. Louis Co., Mo. - m: 1846 James Craig Williams, St.FranCoMo Elizabeth* 1830 in St. Francois County (according to death cert. of her dau.), Missouri -  Elizabeth married Joseph Green 9 January 1851 in St. Francois County.  Elizabeth died 1864 - 1866.  She gave birth to twins 28 March 1864 so may have died in childbirth or complications thereof.   Martha - b: 1832 Mo,  - m: 5 Apr. 1875 John M. Brim St. FranCoMo - John Brim was a witness to a wedding that took place in 1877 at Asa Jackson's house in St. FranCoMo. Frances (Fanny) - b: 1834 Mo., - m: 19 Sept. 1870 Jesse Elders WashCoMo - 1880 census lists Frances Elders as residing in Perry T., St.FranCoMo., widowed with two daughters Abbie (age 8) & Marthe A.
