SAD NEWS TO REPORT ...... Our fellow researcher, Rollin Becker (formerly of Bonne Terre) passed away yesterday (Saturday, January 15, 2010)) at 9:40 a.m. at his home in Pacific, Missouri, with his family at his side. Rollin was a good man and a good friend. As some of you probably knew, he mostly researched Byington, Pigg and related lines. Rollin was son of Ruby (Robertson) and Edward P. Becker and grandson of George W. and Armina Leona (Byington) Robertson [nee Pigg]. Funeral arrangements will be as follows: Bell Funeral Home 709 West Union Street Pacific, MO 63069 Visitation : Monday, January 17, 2011 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. Funeral : Tuesday, January 18, 2011 10 A.M., at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to St. John's Mercy Hospice or the National Diabetes Foundation.
