    3. In regards to my statement, "I was there in June 2007, and they traced my NASH burials way back." Boyer made copies of burial records on some of my NASH Families who are buried in the NASH Family on Primrose Road north of Bonne Terre. The earliest burial that I got from them was 1889. I have my MASH / NASH family and its many extended families on my Family Tree, "The Webs We Weave" posted on Tribal Pages. The address is: http://www.tribalpages.com/tribes/jdwafford The website is not open to the public at this moment, however, you may read my Home Page, and you may take a look at the Family Surnames that I have listed, close to 40,000. I have my MASH / NASH family line traced back to late 1635, when they came over from England, landing in Hingham Bay, MA. I have been doing my family research since December of 1999, night and day. I enjoy it tremendously and try to prove everything as closely as possible. I belong to Ancestry.com, I use Census Records, Land Records, Birth, Marriage and Death Records, Tax Records, and of course Family information and Records kept by family members. I have had many people help me, and I try to help as many people in return as I can. I do not put people down for their research. By the way, I even have some LYON Family members listed, who married into my KETCHERSIDE Family Line. Perhaps part of them is your own family. This was despite the fact that the people they were talking about have nothing to do with my research. What appears boring and useless to one person might actually have a point to someone else. I'd like for them to keep chatting in case I can glean something else. From my perspective, when in doubt, chat. Those who don't appreciate it can just delete it. Beginning with Ms. Shake's posting to the list on 8/25/2010 and continuing through Ms. Wofford's reply on 8/27/2010, I believe most people would agree with me that the correspondence to the list was genealogical in nature and the questions and answer posted to the list could benefit most people who subscribe to the St. Francois Co., Mo. list. After that the I would be lying if I thought the last 3 postings added anything of a genuine genealogical nature to the original question. I can see Ms. Shake saying "thank you" publicly versus privately but after that seems like somebody got hold of my late sister's Chatty Cathy doll and are just pulling her string to here her talk.

    3. Enough said, thank you. I thought it might help many others to know that Boyer never had a fire and that is a good place to do research. If we had been talking about what we had for dinner or perhaps what we plan to do tomorrow that is one thing but when chatting about the subject at hand, it can help many people and if it is of no interest to you, then use the delete button, that is what it is for. Thursday, August 30, 1945. SUDDEN DEATH IS INVESTIGATED HERE. Mrs. John Ringer Dies After Family Scuffle. Mrs. Josephine Ringer, 68, of Bonne Terre, Route Two, died about 7:30 o'clock Tuesday evening, August 28th at her home in Moontown. Her death was "due to heart trouble caused by excitement," according to a coroner's jury, at the inquest of her death held at Benham's Undertaking Parlor Wednesday afternoon at four o'clock. According to testimony given by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ringer and Willard Ringer, as well as neighbors, James Pyeatt and "Grandma" Easter, a marital battle between Eli White and his wife, Mrs. Ada White, daughter of Mrs. Ringer, was the indirect cause of Mrs. Ringer's fatal fall Tuesday evening. All of the witnesses called by Prosecuting Attorney W. E. Coffer and his assistant, K. C. Weber testified that Mrs. Ringer had a bruise on her face, which they seemed to believe must have been caused when she fell. They seemed to think that she hit her head on the newel post of the stairway as she fell. Dr. F. Welebir was brought to the Ringer home immediately by Willard Ringer. He pronounced Mrs. Ringer dead. He had been her physician for almost a year and had repeatedly warned her family of her chronic heart condition. It was understood from the testimony brought out at the inquest, that the Whites, who lived upstairs in the Ringer home, were always fighting. During the abuse of his wife, Tuesday evening, it is believed that Eli White cut his hand as his fist hit a door pane, breaking the glass. He is reported to have grabbed an icepick and started for his wife when Mrs. Ringer chose to interfere for her daughter. Somehow in the scuffle, Mrs. Ringer fell. No one seemed to be able to recount the actual happenings, although, according to the testimonies, Ada White's screams had summoned Mr. Pyeatt, a neighbor, and his brothers from next door. "Grandma" Easter was at the Ringer home visiting. Eli White was arrested Tuesday evening on North Division Street by Deputy Sheriff Arthur Miller and confined to the county jail at Farmington. According to Prosecuting Attorney Coffer a charge of manslaughter has been filed against him. A preliminary hearing will be held in Bonne Terre within a few days. ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to MOSTFRAN-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message

    3. Boyers Funeral Home in Bonne Terre has been very helpful with my NASH Family as well. I would definitely suggest checking with them or any of the other Funeral Directors in the area. Good luck with your research.
