    3. To Ms. Scanlon, Normally I would respond to your posting listed below off-site but I am going on site because I think your comments are totally inappropriate for any public forum. First of all, please get your gender correct. I am a male and I am not a female. Secondly, re: "That dame is really just a crabby old B. You will have to just guess what that letter stands for as I sure do not. I consider that to be slander and defamation of character. I suggest you cease to post language like that because if you continue to do so, I will take the appropriate actions. I know what I think of a person who uses such language and especially broadcasts it over a public forum. Thirdly, re: "That creep NEVER EVER posts ANYTHING helpful. Just crabby crabby crabby. She takes her sour pills every day." Besides once again being demeaning and slanderous and defaming you are making a comment that you know nothing about. It is true that I do not normally post to the St. Francois Co. web-site because MY RESEARCH IS COMPLETED FOR THE LINES THAT I AM RESEARCHING IN ST. FRANCOIS CO. Therefore, I do not waste the space provided by Rootsweb to St. Francois Co. by posting prattle. Speaking of sour pills, do you have any extra? Fourthly, re: "And I forgot, she hates CALIFORNIA." In my opinion, only an ignoramus would make such a comment let alone post it for public viewing. Yes I am well aware that both you and Ms. Wafford reside in California and you are taking offense at what ever you have dreamed up. I have offspring and relatives in California and I have traveled the California highways and by-ways numerous time. I think California is one of the prettiest states in the continental United States of America. All the people that I have met in California have been as congenial as one could ask for. Besides, "hates California" mean hating the land, water etc. That is a ridiculous assertion. If you had said "she hates CALIFORNIA PEOPLE" then I could understand your illogical declaration. Personally speaking, I think I know who takes a lot of sour pills and it sure ain't me. I apologize to any subscribers to the St. Francois Co. list who choose to read this retort to Ms. Scanlon's slanderous tirade. Maybe she needs to work off her excessive anger in a WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) "cage match!" May I suggest if she is interested to see if they will let her into the "Hell in a Cell" on Oct. 3, 2010 in Dallas, Tx. because that is the closest one to California in 2010. I wonder who attended the "Summer Slam" at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Cal. on Aug. 15, 2010. Maybe we can start up a "chit chat" about the genealogical background of those participants. Sounds great. I can't hardly wait to "chit chat" with ya'll. Euel Baker Lyon p.s. normally I would strip off all of the extraneous mish mash at the end of an e-mail or non-pertinent information but since none of the people upset with me don't neither will I. Lets clog up that Rootsweb archive real good and real fast and make them go green. Below is what every nay sayer left on their message .. 3. I remembered late last night that I asked my grandmother many years ago where her son, Arthur Martin, was buried & she said Farmington Cemetery.  So the St. Francois Co. Cem. is probably in the Farmington area. They were also living in Farmington at the time.   I just checked my previous email & saw that I listed him as Arthur Henderson.  Sorry for the mistake.  Henderson is my grandmother's maiden name.  The correct name for Arthur is Arthur Martin.  Geez, now I know I'm old - I never used to make mistakes like that in my genealogy. lol   I also took another look at his death certificate.  The writing is kind of difficult to read & where it says "place of burial" etc. it looks like it may not be County Cemetery afterall. It looks similar to the word "County" but there is no "t" in it.  Maybe someone else could take a look at it & see what you think?  I would appreciate it very much. http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resources/deathcertificates/results.asp?type=basic&tLName=Martin&tFName=Arthur&sCounty=St.%20Francois&tYear=1936 Esther M.
