JACOBS, a deep sinner, who is accused of having sold liquor without a license, carrying concealed weapons, attempting rape, etc., has been caught near Farmington and is now in jail here, awaiting the Governor's requisition to be taken to Illinois, the scene of his crimes. Later: Since the above is in type, he was taken over to Illinois.
