Hi Melissa, I grew up in Brewer, MO which is about 5 miles south of St. Mary on Hwy. 61. I have quite a bit of family still living in St. Mary. Immaculate Conception is the only catholic church in St. Mary and I believe there is only the one cemetery. It's possible I'm wrong about the cemeteries.
