The above is listed as male over 30 and under 40. I cannot trace back any farther than this. I have a Robert Craggett (note two t's) who married Nelly Newton 24 September 1851. Don't think it is the same Robert as 1830 Census. His son was Washington Craggett who is on the Ste Genevieve 1850 census but listed as "Craighead" while his brother, Thomas, is listed as Cragget on same page. Washington Craggett had a son Robert Craggett who was born 26 January 1857 in Ste Genevieve County and died in Alton, IL 7 November 1938. He had a son, William Peter Craggett, my grandfather. He was born 3 August 1883 in St. Louis, MO and died March 1966 in Baxter Springs, KS. He was married to Mary Letitia Missey on 23 October 1904 in Bonne Terre, MO. My mother said he worked in the lead mines all over the area. Any help would be appreciated. Joyce
