You might need to hit refresh on your browser a couple of times for it to show up, but it will eventually show up. It just now showed up for me after hitting refresh on my browser twice. Also, I know that there are issues using the Firefox browser if you have windows open to Ancestry.com and Rootsweb.com at the same time. For some reason, when that happens, the Rootsweb side doesn't work, leading to a "Bad Request" error message. In that case, you either need to close all Firefox windows and try again, or switch to a different browser for one of the sites.
