LILLIAN J. MOSELY FRANCIS expired Dec. 19, 1998. She was the only child of Mr. W.B. & Mrs. Rosa J. Mosely. She received a B.S. Degree from Prairie View College and the Masters Degree from Texas Southern University. She retired from HISD in 1983 having taught at Clinton Park and Turner Elementary Schools, Elementary Supervisor of Central Cities Programs, Principal of G.O. Burgess and James H. Law Elementary Schools. She was an active member of Antioch Baptist Church (Downtown), Golden Member, Life member YWCA, Life member NCNW, Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Xi Alpha Omega Chapter, Iata Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., Beta Pi Chapter, YWCA Garden Club, Court of Calanthe, Houston Harris County Retired Teachers and other Professional Organizations. Preceded in death by her husband, Henry E. Francis, Mrs. Francis is survived by cousins, W.A . and Lillian McPherson, Houston, Texas, Avant and Barbara McPherson, Houston, Texas, Evelyn and T.S. Jo! hnson, San Antonio, Texas, Ora B. Wesley, Cuero, Texas, Karie Mac Mitchell, Cuero, Texas, Joan Gillison, Washington, D.C., John Gillison, Washington, D.C., Romero Hernandez, Chicago, Ill., Flora Sharp, Decatur, Ga., Sister-in-law, Eddie Lee Goodbeer & husband, Dalton; Godsons, Robert L.
