Surnames: MOSLEY, MOSELEY, STAFFORD Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Fl1.2ACEB/164 Message Board Post: Looking for my great-grandparents, Richard Clark Mosley (Moseley) born on 05/18/1856, married Sara Maniche Stafford, born in 1865. My grandmother, Beulah Mosley (Moseley) was born on 05/21/1899 in Missouri. Sara's father, George Boyd "Dock" Stafford was born in Weakley County,TN, and my grandmother lived most of her life in Tennessee and Kentucky(evidently after leaving Missouri) and resided in Paducah, KY when she passed away. I have the Stafford line back to the the 1700's, but cannot find anything on the Mosley line. I was told (and saw on her death bed) that my grandmother Mosley was of the Blackfeet or Blackfoot Indians (could be Cherokee but was always told Blackfeet or Blackfoot as my mother really didn't know the difference). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
