There was a brother of my Monroe named John that we were never able to find. He was born abt 1857. It is possible that this person is a descendant of his. We know that John lived to be a man, because we found him in the census as a farmhand with his brother, but never again. It is possible he could have married, I suppose. Because my Monroe named his first son "John", I always felt like his brother may of died as a young man. Give me some more information about this family. We have accounted for all other children of James Madison and their descendants. Where did your family live?
