She was raised in the south, possibly Aiken SC, and later married and lived in Emanuel County Georgia. Her first marriage was to a Fred Mcdonald (she had one daughter Elsie)and her second marriage was to Judson J. Joiner ( she had four kids and died six months after the birth of her last child James Henry Joiner). Ruth Camille was thought to have a brother named albert and a sister named kathleen.
