    3. Hi Ellen, My cousin has lived all her life in Memphis. She works in Kirksville and drives it every day. She describes the roads as "country". And always drives with caution as there is always a cow, horse, buck, etc who thinks they own the road. HAHA!! Have a fun and safe trip. And if you get a chance give us a report when you get back.
