The Lawn Ridge church is still there (as far as I know), and the cemetery is still very well cared for. There is a book called "Community at Large" by the late Ellen Davison that pertains to the Lawn Ridge community and has a lot of information on the organization of the church and the people in the area. There are several references to Elder Russell.
