Let's take this up again. My BRUNER name, in a first cousin of my late paternal grandfather married a BARKER. Albert Lee 'Bert' BRUNER married one Hila Ellen BARKER d/o John Robert & Rebecca SHAW BARKER. As to the SNYDERs, do you link up to Zella Gladys SNYDER ALLEN? She was d/o Peter Casper SNYDER and Mary Frances/Frankie TALBOT. Pete's first wife was the eldest sibling of my maternal great-great-grandfather John COOK. I also have collater ALLENs in that my grandaunt's husband's mother was an ALLEN. One Leonard Allen REDDING was s/o Allie Myrtle ALLEN REDDING d/o Robert P. ALLEN and Bettie (?), I believe. Leonard married my maternal grandfather's younger sister Robert Violet COOK. As you can see, we may not have explored our shared lines on both my mother's and father's sides. Hila Ellen was a sister to my grandmother,Theresa Emaline Barker.
