    3. Sandi, "A Town Called Memphis" does have some pictures. Of particular interest to you would be the picture of H.M. Gorin and a biography of him copied from the History of Lewis, Clark, Knox and Scotland Counties, MO,1887. The pictures in the book are mostly of buildings, churches, etc. in Memphis but there are others scattered throughout the book. The Genealogy Society does have a book that sells for $50. It is the Sesquicentennial book and it is half family histories and half county history. Hope this helps.
