My Foleys is Charles William Foley born 10 Jul 1826 Loudoun Co. VA. Charles died 3 May 1874 in Saline Co. MO. Charles did have a cousin named Moses Foley b. 16 Aug 1852 Loudoun Co. VA and married to Margaret Rust. Is this your Moses?
