I found a great website with old Missouri Newspapers you can search online. Among the newspapers is the St. Louis Christian Advocate published by the Methodist Episcopal Church South. I'm not sure how late it was publlished but might have been published then since they merged and became United Methodist in 1939(I think). Any way it's worth searching all the papers there since your relative could have shown up in a newspaper for some reason. Here's the link: http://newspapers.umsystem.edu/Default/Client.asp?skin=MISSOURIA&AW=10668488 85031 Good Luck, Karren A.

    3. Thanks. I found 4 Baldus articles but nothing I was trying to locate. It's still a great site to have. I wish there were more newspapers. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Karren Amaro" <skyghost@kc.rr.com> To: <MOSALINE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, November 08, 2003 9:55 AM Subject: Re: [MOSALINE] Church Records > on 11/8/03 7:50 AM, Conni Braun at cbraun675@wideopenwest.com wrote: > > > Are there any old church records available at the library or online?
