I'm thinking my Star School is different, but could be wrong. Saline county was formed from Cooper and Howard counties on 25 Nov 1820. There are Starr Schools in only 3 counties: Putnam, Lafayette, and Monroe. There are Star Schools in about 23 different counties. The Starr School in Lafayette county is where you said it was: http://www.topozone.com/map.asp?lat=38.97694&lon=-93.92028&datum=NAD27&s=50&size=l Mike > Subject: Re: [MOSALINE] Webb School > Date: Sun, 5 Sep 2004 19:31:37 -0500 > From: "Carol Knott" <cknott@cox.net> > To: MOSALINE-L@rootsweb.com > > I believe that Starr School is also in Lafayette Co.
