First the National Archives keeps Federal records not state. Missouri does have it's own State Archives Office. I went to their website and did a search and found they do have microfilm of naturalization dockets, etc. so I imagine it would be there. http://msa.library.net/TLCScripts/interpac.dll?LabelDisplay&DataNumber=4188897&DB=1&FormId=338-14707&ItemField=1&Config=990019&Branch=0 if that link doesn't take you there directly go to here: http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resources/ordb.asp and choose Archive Online Catalog and searc on naturalization. There is also some pre 1909 births/deaths there. Hope this helps :)
