Good Afternoon I'm seeking more information on a David Ira Morton who married a Sarah Jane Cook Sept. 8, 1848 in Bradley TN. I'm not sure if this is the right Morton line. But the father of Louisa Jane Morton who married Oliver C Davis was David Morton and her mother name was Sarah Jane Cook. This information comes from Louisa death Certificate. David and Sarah was to have travel by oxen from TN to MO sometime before 1865. As Louisa was born in Rolla MO in 1865. David Morton is listed as being born in PA and Sarah Jane Cook as being born in TN. David was also to have serve in the Civil War on the Union side in TN Any help would be greatly appreciated. Judy
